Our house is located in a quiet and yet central location, only about 500 m from the ski area Serfaus - Fiss - Ladis.

In winter you will enjoy 204 km of ski trails on up to almost 3000 m above sea level, 155 km of which are covered with fantastic powder snow, as well as 120 km of cross-country trails on the sunny plateau. Schönjochbahn, Möseralmbahn and Sonnenbahn will bring you comfortably to the appropriate heights.

In summer adventurers, hikers and nature lovers will be happy to stay here. High-altitude enthusiasts can reach the summit destinations with the Schönjochbahn, Möseralmbahn, Sonnenbahn Sunliner as well as the Komperdell-Lazid cable car. The adventure worlds Summer Fun Park with Fisser Flitzer, Fisser Flieger and Skyswing make the hearts of not just the little ones beat faster. Summer on the sunny plateau offers many highlights for active as well as relaxing holidays for everybody.

You will get the SUPER. SUMMER. CARD. (extra charge) from us and travel free of charge with the gondola lifts and the hiking bus between the villages of Serfaus, Fiss and Ladis.
